Utility Worker 2

Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a self-motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors to serve as the Utility Worker 2 on the Eastern Region Facilities Maintenance team. In this role, you will perform corrective and preventative maintenance work, and emergent needs work on buildings, grounds and landscaped areas for region-wide Capital Facilities sites and buildings. The Utility Worker supports Engineering, Maintenance and Administration staff by providing a safe, clean, productive, and comfortable work environment for Department of Transportation business. Our top candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys doing something different every day, and can efficiently work on their own.
