At Avid, our mission is to empower kids to choose active, outdoor lifestyles. As a staff member, you’ll help campers build confidence, form friendships, and develop skills in core outdoor sports like paddling, biking, rock climbing, and hiking.
Our summer seasonal staff work from late May/early June through early/middle August (exact dates depend on camp location).
We offer Day Camps, Overnight Camps, and Expeditions and run programs in 5 states:
📍 Colorado, California, Wyoming, Oregon and Washington
With so many camp locations, we have many positions to fill! A few examples of these positions are Camp Counselor, Activity Specialist, Support Staff, and Camp Leadership!
