Agility Analyst - Absolute Return
Perella Weinberg Partners is seeking a full-time Investment Analyst to join the Firm’s Agility investment team focusing on the Absolute Return strategy. Agility provides outsourced investment services to endowments, foundations, and other institutional investors.
Responsibilities Include:
- Play a key role in the investment research and portfolio management functions of the Absolute Return strategy and report directly to the Portfolio Manager
- Perform external hedge fund manager identification
- Perform due diligence and make financial recommendations
- Perform investment strategy research
- Conduct quantitative financial data analysis
- Perform client services
- Assist with portfolio management activities
Desired Skills and Background:
- Undergraduate degree (in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a similar field) with a minimum 3.5 GPA
- CFA designation, or progress towards CFA credentials, is strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of accounting, corporate finance, statistics and capital markets
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Positive outlook, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
The Agility division of Perella Weinberg Partners provides outsourced investment services to endowments, foundations, and other institutional investors. The investment program utilizes external managers as well as internal investment strategies across public markets (equities and fixed income), real assets, absolute return, and private capital.
